The Links, Incorporated, founded in 1946, is a not-for-profit international organization, committed to promoting the ideas of friendship and service through its membership of more than 15,000 women, within 288 chapters in 42 states, and the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of The Bahamas and the United Kingdom. Chartered on June 26, 1987, the Tampa Chapter is comprised of a dedicated, respected, and civically engaged group of professional women. We are committed to enriching, sustaining, and ensuring the cultural and economic survival of African Americans and other persons of African American ancestry. Our chapter members provide meaningful, compassionate, and transformational programs and community service donating thousands of volunteer hours each year.
